Introduction & Acceptance

vk44 is an online gaming platform operated for players in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between vk44 ("Platform", "we", "us") and any person using the platform ("User", "you").

Each user may create only one account.
Operating an account on behalf of a prohibited person or entity is strictly forbidden.

Account Registration & Management

2.1 Registration Process

To create an account on vk44, you must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

Each individual may create only one account.
Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address, device, or payment method is prohibited.
Keeping your account password confidential is your sole responsibility.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

vk44 may verify a user's identity, age, or payment method at any time. The following documents may be requested for this purpose:

Copy of National ID (NID) or passport
Recent utility bill or proof of address
Proof of ownership of the payment method

Failure to provide the required documents within the specified time may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account.

2.3 Account Security

You are fully responsible for the security of your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify our support team immediately. Transferring, selling, or allowing another person to use your account is strictly prohibited.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

3.1 Deposits

To deposit funds on vk44, you may use the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300.

Deposited funds must come only from a payment account held in the same name as the registered vk44 account.
Deposits made through third parties are strictly prohibited.
Any deposit associated with fraudulent or chargeback activity will be considered void and the account may be closed.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

Account verification (KYC) must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
If an active bonus is present, withdrawal will not be processed until the wagering requirements for that bonus have been met.
Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment account used for the deposit.
vk44 reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold during a verification process.

3.3 Accepted Payment Methods

All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). No methods other than those listed above are accepted.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

vk44 offers new users a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,200. Alternatively, depositing ৳18,000 gives the maximum ৳10,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳28,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10x wagering requirement applies to every bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the original deposited funds. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = ৳12,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

Each user may claim the welcome bonus only once.
vk44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
In cases of bonus abuse or fraudulent activity, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
Any attempt to collect bonuses using multiple accounts will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts.
If a specific validity period applies to a bonus, it will be stated in the offer details.

4.4 VIP Programme

vk44 has three VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. The Bronze tier offers up to 0.5% weekly cashback, Silver offers up to 1.0% weekly cashback, and Gold offers up to 1.5% weekly cashback. Progression through VIP tiers is determined based on regular activity and engagement on the platform.

Fair Play & Code of Conduct

5.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on vk44:

Operating games through any software, bot, automated system, or artificial intelligence
Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage
Collusion (illegally coordinating with other players)
Money laundering or conducting any other illegal financial activity
Threatening, harassing, or abusing other users of the platform
Operating an account using a false identity

5.2 Ensuring Fair Play

vk44 reserves the right to close any account without notice for the following reasons:

Breach of these Terms
Providing false information or identity fraud
Fraudulent or illegal activity
Bonus abuse or operating multiple accounts
Threatening or harassing other users or staff

Upon account closure, any legitimate balance (excluding bonuses) will generally be returned after verification is completed; however, in cases of Terms violations, all balances may be forfeited.

9.2 Closure by the User

You can close your account at any time. To do so, please contact our support team. Before closing your account, please withdraw your available balance.

Miscellaneous Provisions

10.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy together form the entire agreement between vk44 and the user. These documents replace any previous oral or written understandings.

10.2 Changes to Terms

vk44 may amend these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via the platform or by email. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.
